Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your Bonnie Glow candles and wax melts! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any unused products for a full refund. We know sometimes a scent just doesn't work in your space, and that's okay!

What we need:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Please contact us before returning so we can help arrange everything
  • Keep your proof of purchase handy

How to return: Simply email us at bonnieglow1982@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or faulty items: If your candle or wax melt arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send you a replacement or full refund right away - no need to return the damaged item.
