My new candle Corey David Meowie is in tribute to my cat who passed away at Christmas time. 10% of profits will be donated to The Edinburgh Cat Protection League where we adopted him. Don't worry, it doesn't smell like cat food! With notes of Tomato Leaves, Lemon, Oregano and Aromatic Wood, it smells earthy and herby. He loved being in his Granny's garden and so it seems fitting.

I don't think you ever get over losing a pet. Especially a cat like Corey. Anyone who met him, even folk who weren't particularly arsed about cats fell in love instantly. It felt like he could look into your soul! He was a gentle giant and always looked out for me and my son. When times were tough, he was always by my side, giving me cuddles and so much comfort. He loved watching people and mooching for scran. He hated mobile phones and loved to heid butt them away so you would pay him attention instead!

I'll always be so grateful that I was your human mama. As soon as I saw you in the Cat Protection League, I knew that you were the very fellie for us. You stood out from all the other Radge cats! Now don't get me wrong, I love a Radge cat but Corey was like a gentleman amongst the chavs. He was regal and had such kind eyes. He was the size of a bear and gave the best cuddles.

I miss you pawing me awake in the morning. I miss your loud prrrrrrps, greeting people as they walk in. I miss you sitting underneath the table , mooching for scraps. I miss seeing how gentle and patient you were with Lula-tic The Radge ( my kitten). You were a King amongst Pushines and I'll never forget you. Thank you Cor Cor. Sleep well and I'll see you again for all the cuddles 🐾🐾❤️❤️xx
